BAFTA TV 2017 | Lista completa de vencedores

Com cinco indicações, The Crown foi o maior derrotado dos BAFTA televisivos. 

O melhor da indústria televisiva britânica foi celebrado na cerimónia dos BAFTA TV Awards, no Royal Festival Hall de Londres.

O drama biográfico de elevado orçamento da Netflix, The Crown, liderava as indicações. A produção mais cara de sempre tinha cinco nomeações. Mas saiu sem nenhum prémio.

Por outro lado, o drama criminal Happy Valley da BBC foi o grande vencedor ao conquistar as categorias de melhor drama e melhor atriz. Phoebe Waller-Bridge reivindicou o melhor desempenho secundário feminino pela comédia Fleabag, deixando Vanessa Kirby de The Crown para trás.

Relativamente aos atores, Adeel Akhtar ultrapassou Benedict Cumberbatch na categoria de Melhor Ator. Já Tom Hollander, de The Night Manager, vencendo John Lithgow e Jared Harris, que já estiveram indicados aos Emmys pelas suas interpretações em The Crown.
