Afinal nem a Lily gostou do final de How I Met Your Mother
A atriz que interpretou Lily na série How I Met Your Mother afirmou numa entrevista que o último episódio podia ter sido muito melhor.
Já faz três anos desde que How I Met Your Mother acabou. Mas parece que, tal como acontece noutras séries, o episódio final ainda está a ser discutido. E acreditem que o debate foi muito além dos fãs.

A atriz Alyson Hannigan que deu vida a Lily Aldrin deu recentemente uma entrevista onde afirma que o fim da série podia ter sido diferente. Lily era a mulher de Marshall o único casal de How I Met Your Mother que sabíamos que ia ficar junto. Sendo uma das únicas mulheres na série era também a única que excluímos quando andámos à procura da mãe dos filhos de Ted. Lily e Marshall eram o casal perfeito que conseguiram ficar juntos contra várias adversidades. Os dois mostravam a Ted que o amor e a construção de uma família era real.
A atriz revelou agora à News.com que o ultimo episódio foi rápido e que muitas das cenas fundamentais foram cortadas.
I was bummed they didn’t just make it a two-hour season-ender, so they would get to show certain parts [that were cut]. The table read for the finale was so good, so right, but it was also like 14 hours long. So when I actually saw the final version of the show, I was like ‘they cut out everything!’… It just seemed too quick. Obviously it was a tear-jerker, but with all the stuff that got cut out it was too fast … like ‘OK, now we’re going to find out the mum’s dead, then suddenly, OK — he’s with Robin now’, and you’re just like, ‘wait, what happened?!

Alyson afirma também que não gostou da ideia de Robin e Barney casarem. Hannigan era fã da relação de Ted com Robyn e preferia que os dois tivessem ficado juntos. Nós também.
I didn’t think Barney should have ever gotten married. I liked Barney and Robin. But in my heart, I always wanted her with Ted. I just feel they [Barney and Robin] shouldn’t have gotten married.
O episódio final de How I Met Your Mother não deixou ninguém indiferente muito menos a Alyson que não ficou, como muitos fãs, nada contente com as escolha dos realizadores.
