Os BAFTA Awards 2023 não estão indiferentes a “A Oeste Nada de Novo” mas “Elvis”, Brendan Fraser, Michelle Yeoh e “Tár” também estão nos nomeados.

Por entre filmes exclusivos de streaming e as longas-metragens que chegaram aos ecrãs gigantes dos cinemas, os BAFTA Awards 2023 já escolheram os seus nomeados para esta edição. Da lista inicial de finalistas destacavam-se títulos como “A Oeste Nada de Novo” e “Os Espíritos de Inisherin”, que continuaram a manter a liderança. O filme de guerra conquistou 14 nomeações das 15 categorias a que estava na corrida, e o filme irlandês conquistou 10 das 14 categorias.

Já “Tudo em Todo o Lado ao Mesmo Tempo” igualou o filme de Martin McDonagh com 10 nomeações, seguindo-se “Elvis”, que surpreendeu com 9 nomeações, e “Tár”, com 5 nomeações, entre as quais Melhor Filme, Melhor Realizador e Melhor Atriz Principal.

A Academia Britânica de Cinema anuncia os seus vencedores a 19 de fevereiro, numa cerimónia presencial do Royal Festival Hall em Londres. O ator Richard E. Grant está confirmado como o anfitrião da cerimónia destes BAFTA.
