Critics’ Choice Awards 2024 – Televisão | The Bear e Beef prometem dominar mais uma noite
Nem só de cinema vivem as premiações… Quem serão os vencedores de televisão na cerimónia do Critics’ Choice Awards?
Além de distinguir o melhor do cinema, o Critic’s Choice Awards, premiação votada pela Broadcast Film Critics Association também procuram reconhecer os profissionais de televisão.
O positivo é que a associação não costuma estar tão interessada em seguir os Emmys e consegue apresentar listas diversificadas que focam em séries e prestações que não estão tão dentro da corrida. Este ano, séries como “Will Trent”, “Truth Be Told” e “The Fall of the House of Usher” encontraram aqui um espaço para serem reconhecidas.
Em termos de vencedores, há três principais tendências que dá para notar: o reconhecimento de algo que já está estabelecido (ex: “Succession” venceu pela 2º e 3º temporada); a correção de uma injustiça (ex: “Better Call Saul” continua sem nenhum Emmy, mas no ano anterior venceu 3 prémios no Critics’ Choice Awards), e o lançamento de um novo candidato para a disputa (ex: Melanie Lynskey por “Yellowjackets” surpreendeu ao derrotar MJ Rodriguez que já havia vencido os Golden Globes daquele ano).
A cerimónia irá decorrer na madrugada de segunda-feira, 15 de janeiro.
